When a client lead is submitted through Service Station, we go to work. Our proprietary research tool will identify the services available for a new address and present the best deals on essential home services for the residence.
Our service provider contracts are nationwide and some of the best in the home services market segment.
Moving can be quite time-consuming, especially when it comes to switching utilities. That's where Service Station steps in, taking care of the bulk of the work and ensuring a quicker setup of utilities in the residents' names.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?Our service is completely free for our referral partners and their buyer/rental clients.

IF YOUR SERVICE IS FREE, HOW DO YOU GET PAID?We are Authorized Resellers for the services we offer. We are paid by our provider partners for connecting quality customers.

WHEN IS THE IDEAL TIME TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION?The perfect time to submit is 2-3 weeks before you will be in your new home. This gives the resident plenty of time to decide on the services needed and arrange times for the service to be connected.

WHAT IF THE MOVE-IN IS TOMORROW?Service Station can still help! However, not all providers are able to initiate next day services, but our agents will work with them to get services activated as quickly as possible.

CAN YOU CHANGE SERVICES FOR EXISTING CONTRACTS?Yes, we’re not just here to make your move-in easy, we are here for the long haul, whether your client needs to compare electricity, internet or cable rates, check out the new promotions when your contract is up, or get a referral for lawn or pool service, we are here to help!

SHOULDN'T I JUST TRANSFER MY CURRENT UTILITIES TO MY NEW HOUSE?With the relationships we have with our service providers it is better to shop the new rates and promotions rather than stay in your contracts for a long period of time. At the very least, allow us to shop around and provide you with the latest and greatest options in technology and pricing.

CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO SPEAK WITH MY SERVICE ASSOCIATE?Absolutely - We prefer appointments to make our process as convenient as possible, but they are not required. We can get most of the information we need with a 10-15 phone call.
